I design and host creative teambuilds using a range of art based activities. Can be just for fun or to deal with pressing organisational issues - ranging from 1/2 day to year long interventions.
Michelle Jacobs is an Industrial Psychology Post Graduate (Hons) with 15 years corporate experience in building teams, businesses and individuals. She has worked in South Africa, America, Australia and Singapore, across government and private industry, with clients such as Old Mutual, Vodacom, CNA Gallo, UCS, CIDA City Campus, Wesbank, Cambrient, among many others. Michelle has held a range of senior positions from Corporate Facilitator, Project and Programme Manager, Senior Business Development Manager to Operations Director.
Michelle has run her own business, ACT!ON INNOVATION, for 8 years prior to her last post in the Telecommunications industry at Cell C. Her contracts included organisational design and development, facilitation, soft and hard skills training, team development workshops, corporate social investment (community development work) and project management.
Michelle's focus combines her appreciation for art based activity and extensive corporate experience, providing creative self and group development for organisations and private clients. Her continued education has been through short programmes ranging from several project team, organisational development, train-the-trainer, facilitator, counsellor, coach, behavioural and process work courses to art and creativity programmes. She is passionate about ongoing personal development and is currently doing her B. Visual Arts part time through UNISA and will be embarking on her Masters in Art Therapy through WITS once their degree is launched.
